Eating Living Whole Foods or Dead White Bread by TheMiracleMerchant.com

Ninety percent of all health conditions, diseases, and disorders are the result of nutrient deficiency and toxicity.
Eating nutrient-dense foods are critical to a healthy functioning body, the lack of which leads to your vulnerability to a host of deteriorating conditions, including lifestyle stress, low energy, disease, premature aging, bad relationships, and an ultimate lack of will to succeed in all aspects of your daily life.

There are many conflicting and confusing ideas about food and nutrition. Various nutrition experts tell us to choose food based on a food pyramid, on a specific diet, on a caloric intake, or on prepackaged meals. Worse, very few of them discuss how foods are grown, processed, distributed, and utilized by the body -- all factors which determine whether or not we are eating quality foods. It would be better to use common sense, ditch the sickening white diet, and adopt a diet of natural and nutritionally wholesome foods which are organically-grown, easily produced, fresh local produce, and homemade. Also, to watch our portion sizes, and exercise regularly.

Become a smart eater today. Although it costs money to eat nutrient-dense foods which are not subsidized by the government, you'll pay the piper if you continue to eat the S.A.D. American diet of white bread, white flour, white sugar, white rice, table salt...actually, can you think of any white food that is wholesome? The substandard white diet is the source of the majority of poor health due to the over-processing of foods which deplete them of essential micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals (antioxidants), and other nutrients that your body requires for proper functioning. To compound the the body burden, conventional food production and processing includes the unnecessary usage of chemical pesticides, genetically-modified crops and microrganisms (GMO), antibiotics, hormones, additives and coloring, trans fats, and preservatives which are generally toxic to the body. And the consumption of drugs (legal and illegal) such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine only serve to overburden our physical problems

You are what you eat. There is a direct correlation between your general health and your grocery bill. In order to become healthy, you have to detoxify your body of harmful and dangerous chemicals which have accumulated in your cells for a long time. It is not possible to eat healthy foods which nourish and heal the body while your system is full of toxins and parasites. Toxins in the GI tract block digesting nutrients from foods from entering the bloodstream and any parasites present in the GI track will consume the foods first. One reason why people overeat because subscionsiously, the body is looking for the micronutrients it needs to grow, develop, and maintain health. You'll be amazed at the energy levels, youthfulness, and freedom from hunger cravings, which you reclaim when you find and incorporate a body detoxification method that works for you.

In order to support vital functions of the human physiology, you'll have to reverse the trend of this S.tandard A.merican D.iet based on nutrient-poor foods by lack of micronutrients by switching to nutritious whole foods (macronutrients) and bioactive supplements such as molasses, SpiruKELP Food, chia seeds, bee pollen, sea salt, kombucha tea, etcetera. These food supplements work well with water, organic whole grains, fruit, organically-raised free range meats, legumes, dairy, tree nuts, essential fats, and raw foods to promote healthy digestion, and utilization by the body.

A note about serving size. A serving size can be estimated without the use of measuring cups and scales; as a general rule, eat as much food as you can hold in your hand. When you look at it, a normal-sized stomach can hold as much food as your hand can hold.

Did you know...
1. Always eat protein with a meal. Protein boasts the greatest food-generated calorie burn.
2. Fat makes you feel full. It also suppresses hunger so you don't eat as frequently, as Richard Mattes, PhD, RD, Professor of Medicine and Nutrition at Purdue University, witnessed in studies he conducted. Eat 1 to 2 ounces (a small handful) of nuts each day.
3. Try not to combine fruits with other foods since fruit putrefies in the GI tract and causes flatulence.
