FREE Shipping at The Miracle Merchant
The Miracle Merchant offers free shipping on listed special packs to end users within the contiguous USA so take advantage of these Miracle II product promotions. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment during normal business hours.
Shipping Address
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please enter the shipping address when prompted during the checkout process. You can elect to open a free account so that you don't have to re-enter your shipping details every time you place an order with us. No orders will be shipped to a P.O. Box via UPS. If you would like to split an order between two addresses, you must place each order separately and shipping charges will be added to each order. Please submit correct and complete shipping information for prompt delivery.
Shipping Costs
Customers will pay actual UPS shipping costs on each order, which is based on the total weight and the shipping address zipcode. Customers can view the actual shipping cost before checkout by entering their shipping address zip code at http://www.themiraclemerchant.com/checkout/cart. Upon shipment, our customers will be provided with the UPS tracking number in order to track products en route at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
International Shipping Information
The Miracle Merchant will deliver products to international destinations via UPS. UPS Fees
As stated above, customers will pay actual UPS shipping charges on each order. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for any UPS re-shipping or re-routing fees. Shipping insurance can be added upon request.
Back Orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours or receipt of payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the customer's order until that item is available. Customers will be notified by email if the item due is not in stock within 3 business days.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel an order by email or by phone anytime. We will place a stop order if your order is being processed. If your order has been shipped, you must refuse delivery of the package and once we receive your refused package, we will credit your account within 10 business days.
